Where is my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped (usually within 1-2 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.
You can track your package instantly using your tracking code. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
Missing your tracking email?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing, reach out to our team at support@petboutiq.store with your order number, and we'll gladly look it up for you.
